this hotel is just amazin! the beach is like nothing i’ve seen before with these little stones that massage ur legs when u walk in. the water was super clean, i’d give it a 10/10. also, staff were friendly and the room was spacious and comfy! the food was really good too.
but the noise level was a bit much, i could hear neighbors sometimes. also, drinks were overpriced, like charging for water is just a no-go.

beautiful setting but a few issues
The location offered breathtaking sea views, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The attentiveness of the staff was outstanding, making us feel welcomed every moment. having the option to stay with our dog added a nice touch to the experience.
Though the service at the dining venues was generally good, it occasionally felt slower than expected during peak hours.

We had a fantastic group vacation. The location is ideal for relaxation, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The pool area is well-maintained, making it a perfect spot for lounging. We explored nearby coastal tracks and Montreat trails, which were a blast. Breakfast was great, and overall, the dining options were satisfying.
One downside was the noise level in some areas. There were times when the constant music and activity made it hard to enjoy the serene vibes you'd expect from a luxury stay.

The luxurious garden view room provided a perfect retreat, and the beach setup was exceptional with attentive staff ensuring a comfortable day under the sun. Dining was truly memorable. fresh fish dishes showcased local flavors beautifully. the room lacked soundproofing as noises from adjacent rooms were bothersome, and service at the bar occasionally felt slow. While the location is picturesque, the overall crowded atmosphere detracted from the relaxing experience I sought.

The views from the sea view rooms are stunning, with large windows allowing plenty of light to stream in. The gym offers a variety of fitness facilities, and the spa provides a unique range of treatments to unwind after a long day.
It took too long to get into our room, as cleaning was still underway upon arrival, and even when we finally got in, we found dirty glasses sitting around, which wasn't ideal. The soundproofing is pretty awful. I heard everything from the room next door, including wardrobe slams and late-night games played by kids. The food in-house is also overpriced. I was hit with an unexpected charge for drinks that felt excessive compared to what was served. if you want to enjoy a snack by the pool, be ready to navigate slow service and limited options that don't match the hotel’s star rating.

Best beach escape ever!
Staying here was pure bliss! The beach is stunningly beautiful and so peaceful. We chilled all day with great food from the poolside snack bar, and the service is top-notch. Just a bit bummed that the spa had limited appointment times. But honestly, can't get enough of those daily swims in the clear water.

It was just a nice choice for one night in Polis with high value for money. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help find a spot for us to watch the football game. Make sure to check out the spa. it's a good way to unwind after a day exploring.

extraordinary service that makes every moment magical in anassa where your children will love the kids club
We had an unforgettable week at Anassa! The attentive staff, especially in the kids club, made our family feel so welcomed. Our sea view room was stunning and the breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop bar were the highlight of our evenings. The pool area felt like paradise and the beach was pristine, providing the perfect space for relaxation while enjoying incredible local dishes at the dining venues.

Oh, those buttery croissants at breakfast were pure bliss! And let’s not forget the mushroom risotto over at Helios – absolutely divine! The beach setup was excellent, and the staff truly made everything feel like a family affair.
After a few days, I was a bit bored with the two restaurants for dinner. And, in classic Cyprus style, the hotel felt a tad too spacious and a bit bland. The gym could use more varied equipment and better AC.
